The landing of allied forces in Normandia during the Jully 1944 was supported by the134th Czech wing putting together 310th, 312th and 313th RAF squadrons. Since the 7th June till the 17th June 1944 pilots of this wing have claimed totally 5 destroyed, 1 probably destroyed and 7 damaged aircraft.
The best in this enumeration was F/O O.Smik with 2 destroyed aircraft and with 1 shared shoot down. 1 destroed and 1 damaged plane was confessed to W/Cdr J.Cermak, 1 destroyed to Sgt.V.Angeter and 1 shared to F/O F.Vindis. 1 probably destroyed and 1 damaged machine claimed F.Sgt J.Konvicka. 3 damaged planes claimed F/O V.Kopecek and 1 damaged plane claimed W/O A.Skach and P/O F.Mlejnecky.
