In June 2004 Czech Republic signed an agreement with Sweden about the 10 years rent of 14 JAS-39 Gripen aircraft. It become operational in NATO forces from 1st. July 2005. Gripens are dislocated on 21st AFB Caslav, flew by No. 211 Tactical Flight. Gripens replaced legendary MiG-21. |
